Coaching at Preston Arena

• Tuesday evening coaching sessions are back

• Starting on Tuesday 6th May until 26th August 2008

• 6pm Start for younger or inexperienced riders (if you can ride a bike - you are old enough)

• Somewhere around 7pm the riding will get harder and faster

• Racing skills - bunch riding - intervals - sprinting - bike handling

• All taught by local and Professional British Cycling Coaches

There will be a charge of £1.00 per Youth rider which will assist in a small way to cover the cost of circuit hire. You will not need a permit or B.C. licence to ride these sessions.

Any senior riders wishing to improve their racing skills and who would like to train in a safer environment, come down before 7.00pm and you will be made welcome. There will be a charge of £2.00.
